We're committed to getting your Tinctery™ Lymphatic Drainage Drops to you quickly so you can start feeling the difference.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 days before they ship.
Shipping Time
- United States: 7–11 days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 days
- New Zealand: 6–10 days
- Australia: 8–15 days
- Canada: 9–12 days
Shipping Cost
Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $9.95.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take a day or two to start reflecting movement. Your order is still on its way.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
You're responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. We're not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and failed deliveries caused by address errors aren't eligible for a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at hello@tinctery.com as soon as you can. We pack orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order is processed. Once it's processed, it can't be changed or canceled. But you're still covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Shipping Delays & Refund Requests
If your order is delayed due to a carrier issue, please allow up to 25 business days from the ship date before requesting a refund or replacement for non-delivery. This is separate from our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which starts from your delivery date. See our Refund Policy for full details.
