Tinctery™ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Tinctery™ Lymphatic Drainage Drops for 30 days. If you're not happy, we'll refund you. No need to send anything back.

Herbs work gently and build up over time, so take your drops every day as directed to give them a fair try.

How It Works

  • Applies to your first Tinctery™ order only. One claim per customer and per household.
  • Email us within 30 days of delivery. Claims after 30 days can't be accepted, for any reason.
  • Please take your drops daily as directed for at least 14 days before making a claim.
  • Keep the bottle, no return needed. Please don't mail anything back unless we ask you to. We can't accept returns we didn't ask for.
  • Your refund covers up to $29.99, the price of our single bottle, no matter which bundle you bought.
  • If you accept a free bottle, replacement or other offer instead of a refund, your money-back guarantee is used up.

What to Include in Your Email

  • Your order number
  • How many days you took the drops and how many droppers a day
  • An honest reason why you weren't happy
  • A photo of your used bottle

Every claim is reviewed by our team and approved case by case. We may deny claims that are missing this information or that don't match normal use.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

That one's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box, and we'll ship a free replacement. Nothing to send back.

Lost Package?

If your tracking hasn't updated, please allow up to 25 business days from the ship date before asking for a replacement or refund. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

What's Not Covered

  • Orders after your first order
  • Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Customers who accepted a free bottle, replacement or other offer instead of a refund
  • Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout
  • Orders bought from anyone other than Tinctery™, like resellers or marketplaces
  • Accounts that show signs of abuse, such as repeat claims under different names, emails or addresses

Your Refund

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times vary. Shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

We make refunds easy, so please email us before contacting your bank or card company. If you open a chargeback without contacting us, we may share your order details, tracking and this policy with your bank.
