Tinctery™ Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

Tinctery ("Tinctery," "we," "us" or "our") runs tinctery.com and sells Tinctery™ Lymphatic Drainage Drops. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website, checkout, subscriptions, emails and customer service (together, the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify.

If this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service conflict about your personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

The Short Version

  • We collect the information we need to ship your order, run your subscription and help you.
  • We never ask for your medical records or health history.
  • We do not sell your information for money. We do use advertising tools, like Meta and Google, that some privacy laws call "selling" or "sharing." You can opt out at any time.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@tinctery.com.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address
  • Order and subscription details: products you buy, order history, subscription frequency and renewal dates
  • Payment information: processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number. Our subscription tools keep a secure payment token so renewals can be charged.
  • Account details: login email and password, if you create an account
  • Messages to us: emails, support requests and money-back guarantee claims, including photos you send (for example, a photo of your bottle or a damaged package)
  • Reviews: star ratings, written reviews, photos and videos you choose to submit

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device information: browser, device type, operating system, IP address
  • Approximate location: your general area (such as city or country) based on your IP address. We do not collect your precise GPS location.
  • Usage information: pages you view, products you look at, items you add to your cart, how you arrive at our site, and whether you open or click our emails
  • Cookies and pixels: see Section 3

C. Information from others

  • Shopify and our payment processors (order and payment confirmation, fraud checks)
  • Our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers (delivery and tracking updates)
  • Advertising and analytics partners (how our ads perform)
  • Review platforms (reviews you post)

D. Health-related information

We do not ask for health information. However, some information may suggest something about your health, such as:

  • The fact that you bought or looked at our product
  • Details you choose to share with us, for example in a support message, a refund claim or a review

We use this information only to fulfill your order, provide support, process claims and run the Services as described here. We do not sell it. See Section 8 for more.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To fulfill orders and subscriptions: process payments, ship products, charge renewals, send order, shipping and renewal reminder emails
  • To support you: answer questions and process refunds, replacements and guarantee claims
  • To market to you: send promotional emails if you agree to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To advertise and measure ads: show you ads on other sites and apps and measure how well they work (see Section 3)
  • To improve the Services: understand how people use our site and fix problems
  • To keep things safe: prevent fraud, payment abuse, repeat or false refund claims, and misuse of our Services
  • For legal reasons: follow the law, respond to legal requests, enforce our Terms and defend our rights, including responding to chargebacks

3. Cookies, Pixels and Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools. They fall into three types:

  • Essential: make the site, cart and checkout work
  • Analytics: help us understand how the site is used, for example Shopify analytics and Google Analytics
  • Advertising: help us show and measure ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. These tools may collect your IP address, device information and activity on our site.

Your choices:

  • Opt out of targeted advertising at tinctery.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out
  • Use Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out for that browser, and for your account if we can link them. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
  • Use our cookie banner (where shown) or change your browser settings to block cookies
  • Opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below.

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as Shopify, payment processors, our fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, and our email, subscription, review and customer support tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, as described in Section 3. They use information under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal and safety: to follow the law, respond to subpoenas or government requests, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and respond to payment disputes. This includes sharing order details, tracking and communications with your bank or card issuer during a chargeback.
  • Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged or reorganized
  • With your consent or at your direction

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information to provide and improve the Services.
